Services are also provided in the towns along the Connecticut River valley from Old Saybrook to Chester.

Lifetime Solutions is an affiliate of VNA Community Healthcare, a visiting nurse association with a 100 year history of service to the shoreline community.

Experienced visiting nurses are available to consult with Lifetime Solutions staff on the development of the best client care plan or to address medical issues that arise when the client’s condition changes.

Lifetime Solutions staff are trained to identify eligibility for Medicare home care services provided by VNA Community Healthcare such as visiting nurses, physical, occupational or speech therapists, or social workers.

Lifetime Solutions clients and families also have access to VNA Community Healthcare's Eldercare Help Center Services including:

Eldercare Helpline – a toll-free, eldercare problem solving resource

Caregiver Support Network – one-on-one buddy matches, volunteer support, walking group, social events, caregiver newsletter

Shoreline Helping Hands – a household maintenance subscription service which offers screened vendors and discounts on services such as heavy cleaning, lawn care, personal money management, durable medical equipment, etc.
