Remind client to take the correct medication at the right time |

Participate in reading, games, and other activities to help the client maintain mental function |

Provide care and feeding of pets |

Supervise and monitor daily activities |

Perform light cleaning including dusting, light vacuuming and bathroom cleaning |

Does errands including shipping, banking, going to the post office and dry cleaners (an extra fee may apply) |

Organize cupboards, closets and open areas |

Provide help bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and eating |

Help client with safe exercise, ambulation and transferring |

Assists with mail sorting and filling out forms |

Takes client to medical appointments, clarify physician instructions and report to family members, make sure all follow-up tests or appointments are scheduled and completed. |

Monitor client's status and report changes to supervisor, keep the supervisor informed of the care being provided and any questions or issues that arise in discussion with family members. |

Communicate with responsible family members about the client's preferences, former habits, interests, condition, level of function and any questions about the client or household situation. |
